Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

Limitations on the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our skincare products, returns are only possible if the products are defective or damaged. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
