General Terms and Conditions of koiyu GmbH

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases and services made through the koiyu GmbH online shop by customers.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with koiyu GmbH. By listing products in the online shop, we invite you to place an order. The contract is only concluded when we confirm the acceptance of your order through a separate order confirmation email or upon the dispatch of the goods. The automatic order confirmation email that is sent after the order is placed does not yet constitute a binding acceptance of the order.

3. Contract Documentation

The text of the contract is not stored by us and can no longer be retrieved after the completion of the order process. However, you can print out the order data immediately after sending it.

4. Prices, Shipping Costs

In addition to the stated prices, a flat shipping fee of 7.90 CHF per order applies for deliveries within Switzerland. The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

All prices include the statutory Swiss VAT (Mehrwertsteuer, MWST). The VAT amount will be shown separately during checkout and on the invoice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment can be made either in advance, by credit card, PayPal, or another method specified in the order process.

6. Delivery Conditions and Shipping

• Shipping Conditions: Delivery is only within Switzerland.

• Shipping Costs: For each order, we charge a shipping flat rate of 7.90 CHF.

• Delivery Time: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days.

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address and does not provide a correct address within 7 days after our notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount, minus any transaction fees.

• Notes on Delivery: We strive to adhere to the stated delivery times but cannot guarantee this. In case of delays, we will inform you immediately.

7. Reservation of Ownership

The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the specific nature of our skincare products, returns are only possible if the products are defective or damaged.

The statutory rights in case of defects apply.

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract.
